Engineering worth putting your name on

We’re small, senior, and Accra-based, working on AI systems that go into production rather than into a deck. Here’s how we hire, and where to send your work.

Open positions

We hire slowly and deliberately, and we only post a role when there is a real seat and a real budget behind it.

No roles open right now

We don’t have any roles open right now. That changes often. Send us the work you’re proud of and we’ll come back to you when something fits.

How we hire

Five steps, and you always know which one you’re on. We tell you where you stand after every stage, including when the answer is no.

  1. /001

    Application

Send the role you’re after and the work you’re proudest of. We read every one: a real project beats a polished CV.

  2. /002

    Technical exercise

A scoped problem close to what we actually build. Take-home, timeboxed, and no trick questions.

  3. /003

    Engineering conversation

We walk through your exercise together: how you reasoned, what you’d change, where it would break at scale.

  4. /004

    Team and values fit

A conversation about how you work with people, not a personality test. It goes both ways.

  5. /005

    Offer

Scope, level, and compensation in writing, with the reasoning behind it. No exploding deadlines.

Have something to build?

Tell us what you’re making. We’ll tell you how we’d ship it: on time, within budget, and to spec.
